La Spiga Bakery has been serving Dallas for 11 Years. Donato and Carolyn Milano have had a "Passion for great bread " since Our Artesian Breads are baked daily in brick Ovens . We ship breads to local Hotels, Country Clubs and Restaurants in the Dallas Metroplex for Whole Sale. Our 8,000 sq. foot commissary makes it easy for us to produce massive amounts of bread and even do Catering for some local businesses in Dallas.
